Positive: We booked 111 by Mayfair in Portrush for our team and clients ahead of The Open golf championship, and it exceeded every expectation. Traveling from the U.S. on business, we are extremely selective about accommodation — this property delivered on all fronts. The level of finish throughout the home is outstanding. From the craftsmanship and high-end furniture to the well-equipped kitchen, spacious pantry, stylish bar area, and multiple lounge spaces — every detail is top-tier. Each bedroom had its own TV and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The WiFi was strong and accessible throughout the entire property, which was critical for our working needs. We were among the first guests to experience this home, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. It’s perfectly suited for a range of uses — large group bookings, golf trips, business retreats, or family gatherings. If we return to the area, 111 by Mayfair will be our only choice. Highly recommended.
Summary: It was like staying in a four seasons hotel.. it was only missing room service

Positive: Truly Exceptional Stay & Even Better Than We Hoped! • Breathtaking location in the heart of Portrush with uninterrupted sea views.. simply stunning • Beds were heavenly. incredibly comfortable with high-end, hotel-quality bed linen • Chef’s dream kitchen – fully equipped and thoughtfully stocked for cooking and entertaining large groups • Accessible downstairs bedroom with a modern wet room – a huge plus for one of our guests on crutches • Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and full of charm and space. • Outstanding value for such a large and luxurious property • The photos don’t come close to capturing how special this place is – it’s even more beautiful in person • so many rooms benefited from en-suites giving each couple/guest privacy.. it was PERFECT!

Positive: This place was absolutely perfect for our annual golf trip. Being just minutes from the courses meant we could roll out of bed and be on the first tee in no time. The house comfortably slept all 12 of us, THREE full four-balls… with room to spare! Each bedroom was clean, well-furnished, comfortable beds and gave everyone their own space to relax after a long day on the links, Especially with the amount of rooms which benefited from an en-suite and smart TVs! The communal spaces were spot-on for group meals, post-round banter, and a few evening drinks. Having that much room made a huge difference as no one felt cramped, and there was always somewhere to chill out. Can’t recommend it enough for any golf groups looking for convenience, comfort, and a proper base near the course and centre of town! The host even had spare golf balls, tees, perfect pint station and a fun putting green in the BBQ area.
Negative: There was nothing that our group didn't like. The host was very accommodating and professional and met our every request.

Positive: This was hands down the perfect spot for our big family getaway! We had 3 generations under one roof, from grandparents to a 6-month-old baby and the house couldn’t have suited us better. It was beautifully spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped for every age. There were high chairs, a cot, toys, baby changing table and even baby gates in the property which we wee able to easily install and remove, which made it so stress-free for us with little ones. The location was absolutely unbeatable. stroll to the beach, where the kids spent hours enjoying themselves. being so close to Barry’s Amusement Park was the cherry on top — we walked there almost every day! Helped keep the older kids entertained. Evenings were spent all throughout as so many different areas from the middle floor bar area to the back BBQ station. There was room for everyone to relax without ever feeling cramped. This home made our trip incredibly special — We couldn’t have asked for more!
