Summary: The internet was simply terrible. TV service also terrible. No ice maker. Otherwise very comfortable and we loved the front porch, grill, restaurant and view. All in all it was great.

Summary: We had a great stay at the overlander. Staff were helpful with check in and throughout the stay. Chalet was nice and exactly as described. It’s a bit of a drive into Jasper but that’s fine as there is so much to see along the way.

Summary: Tim has been very helpful and kind. We had a wonderful stay. The restaurant had amazing views and we had dinner and breakfast there. My daughters had to work on the last day of our stay and Tim went extra miles and let us stayed at lobby, so they were able to work for the morning. We really really appreciate his thoughtfulness and kindness. It was a very pleasant stay.

Summary: The staff is very friendly and professional. They make you feel special. I loved having the lodge local for breakfast and dinner. The drive in from Jasper is just about 30 to 40 minutes but worth the trip because it is so beautiful and we saw a lot of wildlife. The house had plenty of room and well stocked. The den area was very comfortable. I do not believe it has air conditioning, so if you are going in the hot months, then you may want to check on this if this is a concern for you.

Summary: The cabin was very spacious & clean, watch your step in the upstairs bathroom. The location is great, the cabins were closer together than I imagined. The restaurant food was very enjoyable.
