The Falls is a luxury secure community situated next to Sandy Lane and is within 10 minutes walking distance to Holetown. The 20 properties share a clubhouse, well equipped gym and swimming pool with loungers . There is also a manned gate lodge with 24 hour security and concierge service. Shopping is nearby in Holetown and a wide range of restaurants are a short drive away. Guests have free beach club access at the newly refurbished Beach House where there is a large pool, direct beach access and a bar / restaurant.
Number 14 is maintained to a high standard and elegantly furnished in a comfortable contemporary style. Downstairs there are ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioned bedrooms. The rear of the house is extremely quiet and peaceful as it backs on to a protected gully where fireflies can be seen at night and hummingbirds and native green monkeys often visit during the day. A fan cooled peaceful patio area at the rear leads to a small private garden which allows guests to eat outside or to sit and watch the monkeys swing through the palm trees. The townhouse has an open plan living / dining area with large wall mounted plasma screen TV and multi region DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Nespresso machine, blender, microwave and full oven and hob. There are two barbeques on the patio, both gas and charcoal. Upstairs the three bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms. The house rental includes all linens and beach towels are also provided. It is also possible to rent this house in conjunction with others on the development to accommodate larger groups.

Summary: My wife and I just returned from another fabulous stay at 14 The Falls. Home is very well appointed with nice space to relax.Outdoor back patio is an oasis and great spot for sundowners or to see the monkeys early in the morning. Can highly recommend!!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the house . It was everything we had hoped it would be going off the description given. Kerry was fantastic at supplying any information we needed and would phone to make sure everything was ok during our stay . We would definitely return again .

Summary: The property is beautiful with good Quality Furnishings and on a gated community. Great location for Holetown The Host Property manager and House keeper all communicated well with Us. Would highly recommend

Summary: The photos we saw prior to booking were very good but they do not do the property justice. It exudes quality when you enter and does not disappoint throughout. We noticed that the listing suggested it had one bathroom which is incorrect every bedroom has an ensuite and there is also a downstairs toilet. The fittings, pillows, furniture are of a very high standard and I am extremely fussy and a bit particular about what I define as high quality. This is definitely not one to miss. Barbara the housekeeper was super helpful with organising a fishing trip and checkout time was also flexible. Location is exclusive and the communication throughout was faultless. Overall this was a five star accommodation and I rarely say this. If we ever come back to Barbados we would stay here without hesitation.

Summary: Kerry’s house is a perfect base for any trip to Barbados. The house is spacious and immaculately clean and very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of bathrooms and en-suites. The house is in a gated community and super secure. We loved the house the area the weather the beaches the restaurants. We will definitely be back to Barbados and if we can find dates when this gem is not booked we will be back here. Paradise.

Summary: Just returned from 6 weeks at 14 The Falls. What a gorgeous home with every amenity possible. The host was very responsive and has a great local team that answered all our questions and quickly resolves any minor issues. The pool/beach club is a nice bonus and the on-sight pool was fantastic. Its very close and was usually empty. Loved 14 The Falls so much we have already booked for next winter. Great location for your next vacation!

Summary: We stayed at Falls in mid October and I have to stay it was such a lovely spot and so amazing it was even more lovely in person than it looks in the pictures. Easy to find and everyone so helpful from the moment we booked. The kitchen is one of the best equipped of any VRBO we have stayed. The house immaculate and such a restful spot. We had the pool to ourselves and also loved the Beach House and meeting others there. Snorkeling, diving and sightseeing filled our days and great restaurants at night. We will definitely be back. Thank you Kerry for sharing your home.
