Located in the heart of West Beach, this Kiawah Island vacation rental is close to everything: beach, golf, shops, and casual dining. It is about a 4 minute walk to the beach.
Whether you come to Kiawah to relax on the beach or engage in some friendly competition on the golf course, this villa is in the perfect location to do it all! When you enter the villa, the bedroom and bathroom are on the right and the living area is straight back. The bedroom features a king bed, side chair, and private access to the hall bathroom with shower/tub combination. The bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The open living space boasts a wall of windows leading to the screened porch. The living area offers a sofa, cozy side chair, armoire with TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your vacation meals and includes a dining table for four. The screened porch features two chairs and a side table.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golf on one of five world class golf courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston where you can enjoy incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, South Carolina aquarium, IMAX Theater, horse drawn carriage rides, and sumptuous dining at many of the fine dining establishments in the city.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day.

Summary: Overall, a great fit for our stay on Kiawah. Property could use some TLC and a facelift In decor. Minimal but comfortable. The screened porch was best aspect of the Villa. And it’s location was perfect for our needs.

Summary: Unit had just been painted. Adequate barebones furnishings. Loved the screened-in porch. Nice comfy porch furniture. Safety concern: sliding patio door has no lock. It would be easy for an intruder to cut a hole in the screen and enter.

Summary: The property was clean and appointed with comfortable bedding and all necessary amenities. We had relaxing a stay and found the location allowed us to visit Charleston as well as explore the surrounding area. Kiawah Island was beautiful and quiet. Arraignments were easy and the agent was pleasant to work with and very friendly. We hope to return again and recommend this property.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I (+dog) stayed here for a 2-week work-cation in Feb 2022. It hit the important things: 5 minute walk to the beach, hot shower, quiet/safe area, good bed, fast internet (Xfinity). Paint and flooring in the main area seemed recently refreshed. It had the necessary kitchen utensils, tableware, and cookware. Main living/dining area has a nice view out over a pond with a fountain. We had no reasons to call maintenance during our stay. We stayed in an identical unit (different management company) last year and I’d say that unit was somewhat more updated. The bathroom and living room furniture (couch/easy chair) at 1415 West Beach Villa were clean/functional but dated and due for a refresh. Somehow the fridge had exterior rust on one visible side (not sure why/how) but the interior was clean and fully functional. TV was small relative to the size of the living/dining room (suggest moving existing TV to bedroom, mounting new one on wall in living room).A review on a different site mentioned noise from a tennis court; that must be old as we didn’t see any such courts.We’d stay here again.
