Summary: The property was great and as advertised. When I had questions, the proper owner got back to me quickly and with the information I needed. It was a short walk to the beach. My only complaint is that I didn’t stay longer.

Summary: The condo was a great place for our family. The youngest enjoyed the slides at the pools :), and I enjoyed the biking.

Summary: We have stayed on the island probably a dozen times and all at different villas and never a problem. Here we had major issues with cleanliness of the villa as well as the overall condition of the property. We had resort management involved as well as the maintenance manager. The maintenance manager himself said the villa is in such a state of disrepair and even tried to move us to another property (which did not happen since we booked on here vs with the resort directly). Aside from the cleaning issues; bedding was ripped and stained, screens ripped, broken balcony chairs, sofa was stained everywhere (not the sofa shown in photo), blinds were incorrect sizing so didn’t cover the windows, black mold in the laundry room, walls throughout in such a condition to where they appeared to be punched in, cracked/ripped laminate flooring, ceilings and walls stained and cracked everywhere, you name it this villa had it. I don’t have high expectations when staying at a property aside from it being clean, standard good condition, and working ac. The ac was great and the owner Dilip was very responsive and kind despite all the issues we encountered. I feel bad posting this but I have to be honest.

Summary: When I’m staying at the beach my three priorities are proximity to beach, cleanliness, and that the A/C keeps it cool! This place met my expectations and we had a great time. My toddler son enjoyed the balcony and watching the wildlife and we liked having two separate bathrooms.
