Large, modern, bright, newly created gallery apartment (built in 2015) in a quiet hamlet on our horse farm for 4 people. In contrast to our country house, we offer you an open and airy top floor apartment with gallery. The apartment can be reached via an extra side entrance at the house.
The large windows with panoramic views of the Alps and the three balconies with a view of the greenery are captivating, giving the apartment a relaxed, relaxed atmosphere. The stylish, new kitchen with its island and modern appliances is a dream for every amateur cook. A double bed on the gallery with a view of the Alps and a luxury bathroom complete the offer.
The living areas tiled in parquet look and the bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating. In the spacious living room you will find a large flat screen TV and a pelet stove for cozy evenings. Summary: Aying is a beautiful little village southeast of Munich. This property is a working horse farm and, if you like horses, you'll love it here. The center of the village is only minutes away and there are great restaurants within 15 minutes of the property. The local beer, Ayinger, is top notch.

Summary: This is like coming to a newly built, modern home with a loft bedroom. Huge open expanse windows, 3 balconies, well appointed facilities, 2 person sized shower, all situated on a hobby horse farm! Close to Munich, ultra quiet even with kids taking riding lessons, the photos cannot do the home Justice. 5 minute drive to modern shopping with in store bakery for your am breakfasts Watch your head in the dark if you use the loft bedroom!😎

Summary: Property was amazing! Great spot to use as a center point for exploring. 30 minutes from Munich, 2 hours to Eagle's nest, and 2 hours to Castle Neuschwanstein. Hosts were extremely helpful and local restaurants in and near Aying were excellent.

Summary: If you are anywhere near this property, it is worth the extra few minute drive. The view is amazing, everyone is super friendly. I will definitely return if possible!!

Summary: Every detail of the property was done in a high quality manner. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was roomy and the large tub, very relaxing. The view was spectacular. Thank you for your attention to the little details that made our stay hassel free.

Summary: We arrived from our long trip from Los Angeles, California very late, way past 1 am. We were greeted by Fritz with a friendly smile as if it was the middle of the day. He gave us a small tour of the house, and let us rest. The house is clean, beautiful, tastefully decorated and all high tech. The location was fantastic! We spent 9 nights, we went to Munich, drove all over Bavaria, Salzburg, and Linsz in Austria. We could not ask for anything more. The place is exactly as described and the owners, Andrea, and Fritz a dream to deal with. I would definitely recommend a stay in this home, I know I would do it all over again!
