Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Marianne and Eberhard we very accommodating especially with a last minute change to number of guests. This apartment was very close to subway and nice restaurants. We loved our stay here.

Summary: From the moment we arrived we felt at home in this spacious but cozy apartment, over looking the trees of the quiet neighborhood, with the sound of birds and distant church bells in the air! Our family of five slept comfortably, with an added mattress available in the loft bedroom on the upper floor. The whole place was clean; the well equipped kitchen and bathroom spotless. All windows open, which is useful for letting fresh air in. It is a short 10 minute walk to the Unterhaching train station, and only 20 minute ride on the S3 line to Munich center. Our hosts were very warm, gracious, and welcoming, even giving us an anniversary gift. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. Nice large open area with windows opening on 3 sides. Very comfortable. Main bedroom included 2 large open closets. Lots of space. The Schmidts are very nice and helpful. Short walk to the S Bahn. Highly recommend!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating for us. Location was great, it was an easy walk to the train station and a short ride to the Marienplatz (center of Munich). The unit itself was clean, modern and had everything we needed for a great stay. Summary: The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and there was a lot of space for our small family of 3. We were looking for a place near enough to Munich to visit the sights, but quieter and more low key. This place definitely fit the bill! The house was close to S-bahn station, and it was easy to navigate into the city. There were stores and restaurants around the corner on the main street that were easy to walk to. My husband was able to go on a couple of bike rides and found great routes nearby. I definitely recommend if you are like us and value quiet neighborhoods and don't mind short commutes into the city.

Summary: This rental was wonderfully located near the S-Bahn and groceries. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our time in Unterhaching. We had a easy time getting around by train and our hosts were very kind and helpful.

Summary: Good neighborhood with excellent,close restaurants and a local bar. Friendly people & just a short walk from metro and stores All parties should be able to navigate one floor of narrow stairs . Hosts are warm, friendly and live on the ground floor.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this property; we could not have asked for better hosts. Mr and Mrs Schmidt were very helpful in giving us a local orientation and getting us started on our local forays. The apartment is quite comfortable and very well equipped. The local town has most everything a traveler might need within short walking distance. Access to München is wonderfully easy: a 5 minute walk to the local S-bahn station and then a 20 minute ride to downtown. Alternatively, the local bus stop is only a 1 minute walk from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much and would look forward to staying there again.

Summary: Excelente apartment with everything you need ! Very close, to train station, restaurants, and supermarket ( 3 minutes walk) and 15 minutes train ride to Munich center. Excellent and quick communication with the owners, great info about direction to and from the airport to the house. A beautiful and relaxing neighborhood, feeling very secure at anytime of the day and night. If we come back to Munich, not a doubt we will go back to this apartment.
