In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 12, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental is across the street from the beach access. With the pool, spa, large deck, screened porch, and elevator, this home is sure to be a favorite!
The main living space is ideal for large families with a comfortable couch, plenty of chairs, TV, and access to the back deck. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, vast cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, and an island with 3 barstools. Adjacent to the kitchen is the sunny eat-in area with a table and chairs that seat 8. The dining room also has a table and chairs that seat 10 that is perfect for family meals while on vacation. Guests can enjoy extra living space in the den.
The first-floor primary suite features a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a secondary suite with king bed and private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, also with private bathrooms, are down the hall. The bedroom to left offers a full-sized bed and twin bed. To the right, you will find the 3rd king bedroom. On the third floor, the fifth bedroom contains 4 twin beds, a private bathroom, and a second living area. This is a great spot to let kids or teens have their own space.
Outside, you can enjoy the view of the 18th fairway of Osprey Point Golf Course. Guests will love taking a dip in the refreshing pool, relaxing in the spa, catching some sun on the chairs around the deck, cooking dinner on the gas grill, or cooling off in the screened porch.
The home is equipped with a washer, dryer and high speed wireless internet. Guests are welcome to use the 2-car garage and the elevator.
The dimensions of the pool are 12' x 20'.
The pool has a gas heater, so it may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. There is plenty of room, the beds are comfortable, the linens are beautiful, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, the pool is just the right size, the beach access is just across the street, plus there are bikes to explore the island with. Top of the line names on everything in this house. Rental process was super smooth. We would recommend Kiawah Island and this house to anyone! Beautiful place!!

This time the family trip included our adult children’s significant others. The home we rented through Akers Ellis was a perfect fit for our group of 8. The home was spectacular, beautifully decorated with 5 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and a pool. We were a 5 minute walk to the beach so those that preferred the beach to the pool were delighted. Akers Ellis were extremely responsive to any questions we had concerning the house. On our first day we had a small problem with the home’s elevator (!!!) and within 20 minutes an Akers Ellis representative was at our door to fix the problem. We also had paid extra to heat our pool but decided on the trip down to cancel the pool heat because it had been so hot outside. When we called from the car the Akers Ellis representative canceled the pool heat and within minutes had credited our credit card for the correct amount. Overall it was a great return trip to Kiawah, we will be back, and we will certainly contact Akers Ellis to rent our next home.

Summary: Kitchen had everything including spices which we left more because we bought ones we didn’t need ! The whole house is beautiful and only problem was spa that got fixed last day ! This is a beautiful home ! 5couples in sixties with plenty of space and privacy !! We also wish sight would of let us know they have beach chairs and 4bikes because we rented chairs and bikes !
