Large 55m2 Studio Apartment on the 16th floor of Clube Praia Mar with spectacular Ocean view. The apartment situated on the 16th floor provides a real feeling of comfort and relaxation with spectacular ocean views from the balcony.
The apartment has air conditioning, 42 inch television with cable channels (multiple languages) and Blu-Ray player with Netflix for entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchenette comes with fridge / freezer, hob, microwave, washing machine and coffee machine. All cooking equipment and place settings for 4 people are provided.
The living area provides relaxation from the days activities with double size sofabed (140cm x 200cm), dining table & chairs, 42 inch widescreen smart TV with satellite channels, NetFlix and Blu-Ray player. Access to the balcony with spectacular views to the Atlantic Ocean, River Arade and Portimao.
The bedroom area offers a super king size bed (180cm x 200cm) or 2 single beds (90cm x 200cm) with duvet(s) and four pillows. A large double size wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. Two bedside cabinets with lamps. We provide all bedding, linen and towels for all guests. There is also a baby cot provided (no bedding).
The modern bathroom comes with bathtub and integrated shower, hand basin, bidet and toilet. Towels and hand towels for all guests are provided. Toiletries are also provided.
The Clube Praia Mar complex features an open air swimming pool and one for children as well as a poolside snack bar, restaurant, sun loungers and parasols. A la carte restaurant for evening dining and buffet breakfast, paid locally within the complex. There is also a bar. Free parking is available in the complex car park or underground garage.
The beautiful and highly awarded Praia da Rocha beaches are only a 5 minute walk away (250m) with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and recreational activities.
Additional local activities include:- Golf (Alto Golf course - 1 km away and Penina Golf Resort - 4 km away), diving & snorkeling, water skiing, jet skiing, hiking, cycling, fishing, canoeing and parascending.
Other local attractions which can be arranged at reception include trips to Zoo Marine & Aqualand near Guia, Slide n Splash in Lagoa, Boat or Canoeing trips into the beautiful sea caves at Carveiro and Lagos and Fishing trips from Portimao riverside.
The largest supermarket in Portimao (Continente) is only 900m away which provides all you essential shopping needs.

Summary: Just back from a 10 day stay in this beautiful studio apartment fully equipped with everything you will need. From the minute we arrived mark and aliana were so welcoming and gave great advice in relation to the local area they couldn't do enough for us even gave us a high hair for our little one. Apartment is 250m from the beach and promenade all the local restaurants is great and it's peaceful at night. It has a great sea view. The pool is loevely relaxing and very clean . Lidl is just up the road handy for a few bits especially if travelling with children! Couldn't say enough about the apartment or the hosts would highly recommend both 👌🏼 Will definitely be returning

Summary: A very comfortable studio apartment with wonderful views of the sea and inland showing the river and bridges., which can be seen from the main room and balcony. High standard of equipment including coffee maker, micro-wave and washing machine, the whole apartment being very clean and well maintained. Large and comfortable bed with high quality linen and towels, plenty of storage space also a large sofa bed. The owner provided very good friendly service showing us where to find everything we needed and explaining the facilities available within the complex, bar and restaurant with car parking available. The apartment is within10 minutes walking distance of the sea and a variety of restaurants. Very good sea food and local food at the restaurants on the board walk by the sea. Lovely sandy beaches close by or attractive coves a little further along the sea front. There is a large supermarket not far away and the main town is in easy walking distance for further activities. I would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a quiet location but within easy distance of the sea and other local amenities.

Summary: We spent 9 wonderful days in the Algarve, the apartment was great with everything we needed, the view from the top floor is truly amazing, looking out over the sea, Praia da Rocha and the River Arade. We spent most of the time exploring and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Mark and Alina gave us some great recommendation for restaurants and activities. We highly recommend this apartment and for sure we will be back!!
