Summary: Nice layout of the condo. Clean though you need to bring shampoo and body wash also hair dryer. Location was close to everything. You can catch the free trolley right across the street which is a great way to see the area. Pickleball courts right up the road and everyone was super friendly. We had a great stay even though the weather was not the best.

Summary: The property was good and centrally located for our needs. The check in was ok as the host has to meet you at the property. The host called the day of our check in to advise that he would meet us at 4p for check in and would only wait 10-15 minutes for us. This was not indicated on the listing. Not sure what we would have done if we were late. The space was nice enough, but amenities were minimal. One bath towel per person so we had to do laundry a few times. I get it’s not a hotel, but a few extra would have been nice. There were no extra blankets with the exception of one. The sheets for the air mattress were flannel, which isn’t as great in the summer. Rooms were spacious but the mattresses seemed older. The bedrooms did not have any room darkening blinds or curtains so it was kind of bright in the morning. The condo is situated next to the hwy and another busy street so it could be a tad noisy. We did not open the windows. While there we had an issue with a little smoke from our oven which is harder to clear out due to the high ceilings. The smoke alarms went off and it was a bit before they stopped. I tried to reach the host, but got no answer, so I did not leave a message. There was also a issue with a stand up fan that got bumped over in the night and a leg broke. The host was notified and he delivered a new one two days later, still in the box for us to put together if we wanted to use it. We chose not to. Pool was very nice, just not on the property.

Summary: We had an enjoyable stay at the condo. Everything was as described in the listing and the condo was clean and nicely furnished. I liked that there were 2 parking spots in the garage, so we were able to leave our cargo carrier and pool floats in the extra spot. The swimming pool was very nice, but it is located at the marina next door, so you have to walk or drive to it. Also, there is a lot of traffic on the main road near the condo building, which can be heard in the condo. Neither issue was a big concern, but just something to be aware of. Overall, it was very nice.

Summary: Was very impressed with the amenities in the condo and Barrett Boat Works. We took in the sunset every night at the marina, used the grills and just enjoyed the peace of the area. Loved the quiet of Spring Lake and the closeness of GH. We had a great week and would consider Lake Pointe Condos again.

Summary: The lovely and generally comfortable condo provided a wonderful week long stay for our annual girls trip. The location is great for restaurants and a variety of activities. However, we chose the condo because it is advertised as handicap accessible. In order to be truly handicap accessible, the bathroom attached to the only downstairs bedroom needs a toilet that is the correct height for handicapped individuals and the shower needs to have a shower head with a hand held attachment. That said, if your purpose to stay in the condo is not for handicap accessible reasons, this condo is truly a great choice.

Summary: It was nice. And looked like it did online. The condo was spacious and reasonably priced. We love the location, pool, walking path, shops, washer & dryer. Also John was very accommodating w questions. And came right out to replace a bulb/ fix a sink. Some suggestions: -Pool towels and hair dryer (and list this online). - better furniture layout…. Couch was small and I had to move things around to accommodate myself like bedside tables. - dark master bedroom- get lighter furniture, painting, bedding and new lamps w bright bulbs. - allow renters to check themselves in if they’d prefer. I appreciate being met snd showed around but we were all exhausted and wanted to just check in after a long trip - the condo association needs more than one small cart for renters to check in. It wasn’t avail at checkout and it was a lot physically for us to get out of 3rd floor…. Lots of trips down to car. The upstairs nook was great for separation so some could watch tv/ play games. I also loved they had an air mattress which we used.

Summary: This condo is centrally located with easy bike or car access to downtown Grand Haven and Spring Lake. Nice amenities including a pool, walking/bike path, and Spring Lake. John was very helpful showing us around and communicating everything throughout the stay.
