Summary: The money the charge is not worthy for the hotel condition at all. Rooms very little, dirty, coffee supplies and cups very limited. They advertise a great balcony and you can't even move there, it's really small a dirty.

Summary: First time visitors to the Grand Haven area - excellent location even for riding E-Bikes. We had a great time, hotel was perfect and we will come back again ! The hotel staff is under staffed but they all worked really hard, we were impressed - very clean ! On site restaurant and bar were very nice too !

Summary: Great Hotel! Location was close to Grand Haven State Park, we stayed for the Kite Festival. Check in was quick, staff was friendly, room was really clean and quiet. Pool area was great, hot tub was a bonus. Loved how the hotel was on a channel so we could watch the boats on the little boardwalk and we could walk under the bridge to a great little Bbq place, Dr Rolf’s Bbq. Breakfast was amazing, the ladies in the morning rocked! So friendly. Will definitely recommend and sty again if in the area.

Summary: The hotel was very nice. In a nice area. Right on the water. Indoor and outdoor pool and an indoor hot tub. Wish breakfast was included but did not matter. Several restaurants nearby. Close to several other citities

Summary: Greeting at the counter was very friendly. We were told of the amenities and restaurant and given great instruction to the elevators. The room was a single king and everything was clean. Wait staff at the restaurant was very friendly and gave us a tour. Breakfast was ok a bit expensive based on competition. Dinner was well prepaired and delicious.

Summary: Property was ok. Cleaning was good for the most part. We did have a dirty pair of socks next to our bed when we checked in and the sink was moldy around the top underlip. Pool was very dirty/dingy. Pool floor was shipping off and stuck to our feet. Hotel check in staff were very nice. Restaurant staff not so much. 3 burgers for dinner took us 2 hours due to only 1 person working. Felt bad for her until she said it’s normal, she’s usually the only one working, and she said it confidently like it was ok to wait 2 hours for food, refilled drinks only once after food was basically gone. Advertise “Kids eat free”, however they truly don’t unless you go to the front desk of the hotel and get a coupon. Breakfast was a complete disaster, first it’s not free continental as advertised. It’s $12.50 and only includes what’s on a typical free continental breakfast at a hotel. No silverware, nothing labeled as to what was what, out of half the stuff and we got there at 9, it closed at 11. When I asked for a napkin the lady working there told me “In front of your face” very rudely. It was not indeed in front of my face but halfway down the bar was a pile of napkins covered in cereal, apparently I was to know those were for the taking. 2nd floor was freezing. Going to the pool and back kinda sucked because it was such a cold walk. If there were lack of options we would stay here again but skip the restaurant and pool.
