This exquisite boat dock home boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, dining area and a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is a large patio equipped with plenty of patio furniture, paddle boards, life jackets, BBQ. This home has everything you need to create your own Holiday with family and friends! The first bedroom has one queen sized bed, and a small loft with two small twin sized beds. There is a full bathroom across the hall, and down the hall is the master suite which boasts a king sized bed, and en-suite bathroom. Come cook, play, and stay here on this beautiful corner lot boat dock home and be amazed! Summary: The house is beautiful and exactly what you need for a relaxing get away. The only thing was that there was no hot water in the master bathroom shower and the bedding should be upgraded. I would definitely return!!

It is right on the corner of the main canal & its was fun to watch everyone boat & kayak while we had appetizers on the deck in the afternoon. The fire pit was wonderful to sit around as we watched the sunset. They had 3 kayaks and we had a great time paddling to different areas of the harbor moving & afternoon. You can even rent an electric boat at the harbor. We would highly recommend this home!

Reviewer Comments: The home was modern, clean, and had spectacular water views out all windows and had extensive dock and patios with plenty of comfy places to rest and unwind. Everything we needed was provided. They even have Keurig for you. Love the use of kayaks and paddle boards. Would go back again anytime. Can’t thank the homeowners enough for making it available to us.(Note: unclear whether fire alarm functioning. Appeared to be unattached. Everything else was in working order.)

Summary: We've vacationed at several homes in Channel Islands Marina and have to say everything about THIS property is fabulous... especially the expansive corner deck/views with easy-to-operate firepit. The beds are comfortable, as is the large sectional. The tv set up is great and includes a sound bar for a superior experience. Love the roomy kitchen with everything you need, including instant hot! Location is great, close to our favorite restaurant, SALT... as well as grocery stores, fast food, Coffee Bean/Starbucks, nail spas, etc. This house is always our first pick in the area and we will continue to book it, when possible.

Summary: We loved it. The house was beautiful, it was a perfect setting to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It had everything we needed and then some. The kayaks and paddle boards were a great bonus. The property was right on the harbor, it had a great deck, and it was recently remodeled. My only suggestion is that the owners allow 6 people rather than 4 as it was easily set up to sleep 6 (4 adults, 2 children).. As a follow up to an earlier review regarding the family being on the property and that the renters were concerned, as we were there on Labor Day weekend, the family did enter the dock to use their boat, however, they were completely respectful and very quiet, we wouldn’t even had noticed them except we were up early and happened to see them loading up their boat. They have a beautiful property and I’m thankful that they allowed us to share it on our special occasion.
