Just as shown in the photos this beautifully upgraded home is the perfect spot to relax in comfort. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a loft – sleeps 4 adults comfortably and the loft has two twin beds. The deck is perfect for enjoying fun in the sun for breakfast/lunch or sitting around the firepit in the evenings with a glass of wine. Enjoy this outdoor living space year-round. There is a tranquil view of the water from the master bedroom which also offers access to the deck, and has a master bathroom.
The updated kitchen is complete with just about anything you will need while away from home. There's a quaint and private courtyard entry. There is a laundry room in the house for those who may wish to do laundry while vacationing. The fabulous location offers easy access to the Channel Islands Harbor, Seabridge Marina and the Ventura Harbor. To complete the waterfront lifestyle there are two kayaks and two paddle boards. You are within minutes from the beach, shopping, restaurants, the farmer's market on Sundays, and Oxnard Park!

Summary: Loved the property… Very clean and neat. It served well as a homebase for our various jaunts to other destinations in the area. It was within walking distance to an uncrowded beach. There were plenty of nice restaurants and cafés close by. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: This property is super-cute, clean, has everything you might need and has a superb location on the water! We didn’t get a chance to take out the paddle boards or kayaks, but it would have been easy to do so. It was an easy walk/run to the beach side as well. Private and quiet also!

Summary: Our family loved our stay! Walking distance to the ocean. Loved being on the water and we used the kayaks and really enjoyed that too! Well stocked kitchen and we made a lot of great meals. Comfy beds and great having 2 bathrooms.

Summary: We head back "home" every year for Thanksgiving with family and the three of us siblings each rent our own home near the beach for the week. Our family absolutely loved being on the water, with access to the paddle boards and kayaks (that we hope to be able to use next time). Lovely home, super responsive host. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Absolutely beautiful home, with all the amenities needed. Immaculate! One of the cleanest rentals we have had. Furniture is plush and very comfortable. Host was very communicative and helpful. House is located right on the water in a quiet neighborhood, close to beach. The neighborhood is close to a main road so u do hear cars. Lovely home w/ great outdoor space! Lovely place, highly recommend. .
