Negative: Clean apartment but old dark ox and we only slept and made coffee in the morning with mocha. Located at street level without ever being able to open the windows because the area infested with mice and not mice we had the head of the bed 50 cm from the needs outside we heard both the squeak and the steps one thing I assure you terrible. Never seen so many mice in my life the street is full of crates for mice We walked a lot but no road was like that. I add as soon as we arrived on the bed there were clean towels and earplugs although we thought it was a busy street only in the evening we understood the reason for the plugs it was for the squealing of the mice because zero traffic DISTURBING GUYS

Positive: Location. Just five minute walk from Subway#1. M60 bus took us from LaGuardia airport to apartment straight.
Negative: Lots of mouse in the neighborhood. I guess New York has lots of mouse.

Positive: It was efficient. It had everything it needed and plenty of space. The beds were comfortable.
Negative: This was the noisiest property I’ve ever stayed at. You can hear everything in the hallways of the building and also on the street out front, which is relatively busy all night, both during the week and especially on weekends. So if you are looking for a quiet place to stay and/or work, this is not the place for you.
Summary: It was great for a few days, but very noisy.

Positive: Great location. Warm cosy apartment. Comfortable beds and I used the sofa bed which was also v comfortable. Loved the headboards had USB ports which was very useful. The famous Tom’s diner is around the corner.
Negative: Nothing really but just a warning that the pipe in the bathroom gets hot.
