Positive: The apartment was great, provided plenty of towels and dishes for everyone!
Negative: Some of the sheets were a bit dirty, but overall great experience!
Summary: Great spot to stay at if visiting NYC, easy subway access from location and access to groceries.

Positive: I like the location. It's accessible to train station (TRAIN 1), bus, food and marts. very convenient. The host communicates everyday to make sure were fine.
Negative: It's a bit tight. I don't know much about price range in Manhattan, but i think it's good enough. I wish the number of the unit was given early too so easy for me to plan which train station I take.
Summary: The home is tight but clean, accessible and convenient. The host is great.

Positive: My parents wanted a kitchen and this place had one. There was also a washer and dryer which was helpful. Subway station is like 4-5 mins away. There is a big couch in the living room which is in-front of a tv. We were only 3 people but technically upto 5 can stay. I won’t recommend it as the overall carpet space is quite small and might feel cramped. Staff were prompt and nice.
Negative: Quite an old property. A lot of noice from outside. Plus as it is the first door at the entrance, many buzzed the room to open the door to put down parcels for the whole house. Moreover, someone came asking during the mid of our stay as to when we will be vacating. It didnot seem like someone from the airbnb but wouldnot tell us who he was. Seemed like building security. Bathroom is quite small. Plus the shower tap is sensitive. If not careful, super hot water comes out and can burn you.
Summary: Not a bad property for the city but expensive for what it provides.

Positive: I liked that it was clean inside and well equiped
Negative: The neighborhood had a lot of rats on the street and in the backyard. Also the apartment is almost 24hours dark, as there is a window with sun access only in one room.
Summary: It is a good place if you want to visit the city or coming for work.
