This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is ready for you to come and enjoy! The entire home has been remodeled keeping the charm and history of the house.You walk up the stairs that lead you to your bedroom with a queen size bed and separate dressing area. From there you walk through the hallway to your living room and straight to the eat-in kitchen which is very large with all new finishes and a 4 person table to enjoy your meals. There is also a bonus room at the end of the unit with a full size day bed for guests. The bathroom has been updated with a walk in shower and beautiful finishes!

Summary: This unit is light, bright and spacious as well as convenient to the charming town of New Smyrna Beach. Beds and sitting areas are well-furnished and comfortable with a few reading or working books tucked in. The kitchen is fully functional with modern appliances and basic cookware. Great restaurants are within comfortable walking distances. Beaches are a short drive over the causeway. A good home base with lots of choices.
