Julia’s Retreat NSB was created to make your Florida getaway the most memorable vacation ever! This fabulous original 1930s cottage home is located in historic and arts district with dining and entertainment. It is walking distance to Canal Street with restaurants, boutique shops and Art galleries. On Saturdays, there is a Farmers market at the end of the street. The Intracoastal waterway is nearby and a 2 mile drive to Flagler street nightlife the spectacular beaches on the Atlantic Ocean.
The House is FULLY renovated with new finishes and appliances. The open floor plan shares a cozy Living room, Dining area and spacious Kitchen. The primary Bedroom has a king bed and its own Bathroom, the second Bedroom has 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a king bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Relax outside on one of 2 porches, the Adirondack chairs out front or cool off under the breezeway where we have a BBQ grill.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay during the weekend. The house was SUPER cute and appeared very clean when we arrived. The owner was always super quick to respond and answer our questions!The location worked well for what we were there visiting for and was in a super cute area just a black away from cute shop/restaurant area!

Summary: The property was lovely and exactly as advertised. Super clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and decor was attractive. We loved the front porch. We went for Biketoberfest in October 24 and had parking for both truck and trailer

Summary: We had a great stay in NSB. Short dive to awesome beach & easy walk to happening downtown district. Easy drive to Kennedy Space Center for the day. Great host!

Summary: This is a very well decorated, clean, cute and modernized home. Obviously, someone took a lot of time to decorate this. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, open dining and living area. In walking distance to NSB downtown. The Saturday farmers market is a stones throw away. We loved it and would stay again.

Summary: The owner communicated very well throughout the process and had very detailed instructions for check in. There was even a binder that had useful info such as nearby locatjons, rules of the house, etc. The house was very clean and well-stocked. We had everything we needed from shower supplies, cleaning supplies for the kitchen, and plenty of towels. Excellent property and process!

Summary: The house is absolutely beautiful. The location is fantastic. We stayed at the house for the weekend for our daughter’s wedding at the Brannon center. The house was perfect for our family and very close to the venue. Canal Street and Flagler Avenue are easy to get to. The house is spotless and easily accommodated our group of 7. We would stay there again!!

Summary: Great house in great location. Walking distance to some awesome restaurants. Julia’s was perfect for us traveling with a trailer and motorcycles with plenty parking for truck and trailer.

Summary: We loved it. We were not familiar with the area and were pleasantly surprised how we could walk to great places to eat. The house was great. It was very nice with good parking. We had a great stay and will definitely try to book again in the future.
