Welcome to Val's Place. We named our property after my late mother in law, whose last wish for us was that we invest in property after she passed away. Driving into the Shuswap we knew it had to be here! We are a fully equipped 2 bed 2 bath suite just a few minutes from some of the best sledding trails in the world. The condo is steps to everything (including Moose Mulligans, Askews Groceries and downtown Sicamous). We've also got a playpen, high chair and portable change pad.

Summary: This little condo meet all of our expectations and more. Convenient parking both above and below ground. The kitchen had a nice selection of pots and pans and even had some spice/ seasoning blends in one of the cupboards. Everything was very well cleaned and looked well taken care of. Nice outdoor space to relax in the evening. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

Summary: We have been looking forward to spending 2 weeks on the Shuswap with our boat and this location was perfect. The unit was exactly as described and super clean. We were able to have our boat handy for quick trips onto the water whenever we wanted. Tneesa was amazing to deal with and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. This is a new listing and she was extremely accommodating to make sure everything was perfect for our holiday. We have already rebooked for next year and can't wait to go back.

Summary: We are a family of four that have outgrown hotel rooms. This well located 2br unit is spacious and provided a base for us to explore the area by day and walk to various restaurants at night. Lots of space to relax inside and the pool is great too.

Summary: Theesa and Cody are amazing hosts. This place is in prime location. Close to everything. Has what you need in the condo .Bring your boat put in the water and lets you do what you want when you want. The local residents that live in complex are friendly and helpful as well. If you have a boat or not there is a pool and hot tub. Everything is walkable from here. Pack your bikes Strollers what have you… as it’s kid friendly as well. We will be being Grand babies next time. Walk or bike to the public beach Go for amazing food on some food trucks that there. Great coffee house take the kids mini golfing. There is something for everyone. We will be back again and again. Thank you again for sharing your home and us making some amazing memories sitting back on your private patio enjoying the BBQ and wind down beer If your looking for a great place to stay this is it. 😊
