**POOL MAY 2026** Bring the whole family and friends to this very spacious 2 story home. We offer 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to host your big groups. Short distance walks to shopping, pubs, restaurants, grocery store, beach, boat launch and close to all 5 major sledding mtns and golf that Sicamous has to offer. After a long day on the hills enjoy the fire pit in the backyard or having a game of pool. Multiple (6) parking spaces and parking for large trailers or boats. Hi-Mark house offers drying area for your gear after a long day of riding. Spacious laundry room with washer and dryer. One bedroom is on main floor. Two living rooms both with TV's to put your feet up and relax . Many extra's but promise you'll be comfy !!
There is a self contained rental suite attached to the house that will not effect your stay.

Summary: This house is a good fit for sledders. Lots of beds, lots of area to sit and relax from day’s events, can walk to a few restaurants. Overall was a great stay and will be booking next year.

Summary: We had a great Christmas stay at Krysta's HiMark house. The house had ample room for us and a nice sized kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. All the appliances worked and she had it decorated for us for Christmas with a huge tree! There was enough parking space for our four vehicles. I would recommend it.

Summary: This place suited our family of 16 quite well. The two living rooms made it easy to not live on top of each other, as did the large patio and back yard.

Summary: Great location for our group ski trip. The house is close to K3 cat skiing (20 min), Revelstoke Mt (45 min) and Silver Star (75 min). The house is well setup for a large group. Plenty of beds and space to spread out. We cooked a couple of meals at the house and had everything needed... The hot tub is great too. Very clean and covered with a pergola. If you're only skiing at Revelstoke, you may want to look for accommodations closer to the mountain (you'll pay more though). But if you're interested in K3 or Silver Star, Sicamous is great option. There's not a lot going on in town during the winter, but we did enjoy Moose Mulligans a couple times! Be aware that you don't have access to the garage (which would be nice to store skis). But the drying room is a nice touch and includes two boot dryers. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. The homeowner was great and quick to respond to questions. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.
