Positive: The communication with the owner was excellent. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The location was good. There was designated parking. The place was clean and well equipped. There were plenty of towels and numerous ways to make coffee, with some provided. We did not use the condo amenities, but it does have a pool and BBQ area. There was also a high chair and some toys for people with children. Plenty of pillows and a nice comforter were provided.
Negative: The bed in the master though reasonably comfortable, had noticeable dents and the 2nd bed as not comfortable.
Summary: Great place overall. Good location.

Positive: I loved the hottub and pool! The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Real attention to details--from the towels down to having seafood forks for cooking on site!
Negative: Parking was tight. We rented a larger SUV, and it was very tight fitting into the parking spot. But once we figured out it was best to back in, we were good.

Positive: The unit is charming, very well equipped and clean. The location is nice and very calm, we didn't hear any traffic nor neighbours. Grocery stores are less than 5 min drive and it's close to the I5 so it takes about 15 min to go to San Diego downtown.
Negative: Mattresses were way too soft for me and I didn't manage to find a good position to sleep because my spine was not straight. I had to sleep on the sofa to preserve my back.
