Positive: the home was gorgeous and fully stocked.
Negative: the bedrooms were very warm even when the rest of the house was cool, lowering the ac did not help the bedrooms, the ceiling fan in the main bedroom did not work but they did have standing fans in the closet that could be used so that did help a little but still pretty warm.

Positive: The location of the condo was excellent. Oak Village is a nice area. Nice setting on the golf course. No directions to where the pool was located.
Negative: The condo needs to have a deep cleaning. The shower/bath rugs looked like they haven't been cleaned in a very long time. Most items appeared to be surface wiped. Microwave had food crumbs in it. The towels in the bathroom were a very cheap quality and only 2 washcloths. No skirt or pant hangers in either closet. Some pillows that are flatter/smaller would be nice to actually sleep on. The food we bought in the market the first night all froze in the refrigerator. Even when I turned it down, things were still freezing. The patio screen door needs to be looked at cause it's not on the track and hard to open and close.
Summary: Over all nice condo, but could use some cleaning/maintenance work.

Positive: The location and the feel of the place was great. We loved the house. Very spacious and comfy, very nice decoration. Having an access to the garage to park the car inside / in the shade was a very nice surprise. Kitchen was well equipped.
Negative: To get to the house was a little tricky, the door code did not work for me / but it worked when my daughter punched it in. There were not enough towels, toiletry, dish and wash cleaning supplies when we arrived - it was fixed quickly after - but not a best welcome. We would appreciate garbage bags that could fit the trash can in the kitchen (the once we got, were too small, we ended up using the store bags). We could not find the information for the trash removal and did not know what to do with the trash. The bedroom at the front of the house was uncomfortably warm - felt like the A/C was not reaching there as much as at the rest of the house. On the last day of our stay, one of the bathrooms and the laundry room got infested with bugs - ants with wings, to the point where it became too much to handle.
