This 1750 square feet two-bedroom townhouse is airy with vaulted ceilings and chic, modern comfort. Relax on the black leather power reclining couch in the family room as you enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV. Or spend quiet moments in front of the quaint stone, wood-burning fireplace. The adjacent sliding glass doors open to the private deck and golf course with red rock views, perfect for morning coffee or a full-bodied glass of cabernet at sunset. Head into the fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and whip up a home-cooked meal. When your eyes get heavy, retreat to one of the well-appointed bedrooms where you'll be sure to sleep peacefully.

Golf: Canyon Mesa Golf Course is ranked #19 in the country for the best short course (9-hole) in the United States. Rates start at approx $30 a round.
Tennis/Pickleball: There are two hard Tennis courts and four Pickleball courts that are open to the public. Play for a small fee (approx. $6).

Casa Rosa is located in the beautiful Canyon Mesa Country Club. The community is calm and welcoming and the nature around the golf course is wonderful. Close to the town, but not too close. Amazing for outdoor walks/runs, cycling, and hiking. Bell Rock and Red Rock Crossing are nearby as are many other fantastic hiking and biking trails. If you choose to drive to Uptown or West Sedona it's a short drive up there (approximately 6 miles), depending on traffic.
Within the neighborhood, you have access to tennis & pickleball courts, a seasonal pool (open from May through October) & hot tub (open all year long), and an award-winning 9-hole executive golf course with sweeping views of red rocks all around (booked separately with on-premise pro shop -- approx $30 each round). Plenty of options close by to eat, drink, shop, and be merry!

Summary: We stayed at Casa Rosa with our kids, ages 9 and 12, over our recent Spring Break trip for 4 nights, the condo worked perfectly for us. Everything is exactly as described. Super clean (and I am very particular) and great amenities to make you feel at home (comfy beds, linens and towels, laundry with provided soap, bath toiletries and hair dryers, lots of items in kitchen. Great location in the Village of Oak Creek area (where there are a lot of restaurant/coffee shop/bakery options). The pool opened during our stay so we did that and hot tub one day - very nice. House had a great deck which we didn’t really take advantage of but would be lovely if you were at the condo for more time. We used this as home base to do hiking and downtown Sedona as well as day trips to the Grand Canyon and Antelope canyon. I would def book here again in a trip without kids and just do Sedona for the whole trip! Great communication as well from the host. Thanks!

Summary: Well stocked. Clean. Close to town. Pretty view right on the golf course. Beds were comfortable great deck. Quiet area. Easy to use the pickleball courts and golf.

Summary: If we could give this property and property owner more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. The home is in a beautiful community. Everything is luxurious, including the bedding and towels. We felt very at home, but also felt like we were living in the lap of luxury. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. Having a garage was great. We loved the reclining furniture after the days of being out and about on our feet. Kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed. Our host was very quick to answer messages with a couple of questions we had. We highly recommend this property for your trip. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay there.

Summary: Beautiful location right off the golf course. Host Michel was very helpful. They made us feel right at home with a little surprise sweet treat on the dining tackle when we arrived along with welcome sign. When we go back to Sedona we will definitely stay here again.
