Comfortable 2/2 in the beautiful Placid Lakes area of Lake Placid. This home has the ability to sleep up to six people with both bedrooms having queen beds and the living room having a day bed with a trundle. The kitchen has all new cookware for all your dining in needs. If you prefer to eat out there are two restaurants close by as well as a Dollar General that is within walking distance for any of those items you may have forgotten.
You can also visit downtown Lake Placid which is only 4 miles away. The downtown area has a brewery, wine bar, coffee & gift shop and, an ice cream parlor. You can find plenty of restaurants in that area as well.
If you happen to bring your boat you have access to the private boat ramp which is located just down the road from this home. A key card is provided so you can access the park and ramp. We also provide two bicycles for your use so you can explore the surrounding area.
If you are looking for more excitement you can visit Sebring and the world famous Sebring International Raceway which is just North of Lake Placid.

Summary: House is clean and comfortable, well appointed. The only problem we had was the internet going down repeatedly throughout our stay. I can’t say if it’s the ISP or the router, and only add it to make the host aware. It was a great stay and we highly recommend it.

Summary: For anyone needing to stay in Lake Placid, FL this is a solid choice. Simple two bedroom/two bath and the cost matches a hotel stay but better because you get more space with a living room/kitchen, etc. The owner keeps the property very clean and secure and gives an auto lock code for easy access. He is very responsive to questions also so this is our new go to place to stay to visit our family in Lake Placid.
