Summary: Nice property on corner lot in residential neighborhood. We enjoyed our 5 week stay and would not hesitate staying again. The 2 car garage was nice.

Summary: Came to Florida to visit family who lived just a little ways from the house that we rented. When we got there, it was easy to get in. We had the code and everything was perfect in the house. Had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. everything was super clean. The area in Lake Placid, where the house was was very quiet I would recommend to anyone who’s coming to Florida to stay at this rental. You won’t regret it.

Summary: Very private property on a corner lot with private back porch for grilling and relaxing (no houses in view from the back so it's very private). Very quiet neighborhood as it seemed to be many elderly in the neighborhood. 10-12 minute drive to Publix and other restaurants. House was very well kept and had plenty of space. Very easy to communicate with the property owner as well. Thank you! Would stay here again. The only thing missing was a drip coffee maker (only had a Keurig and Nespresso maker).
