The facility is well maintained and clean with multiple seating in the shade, sun or by the pool.

Summary: It was not a luxury stay, it was home. Very comfortable. When we first arrived we were not sure of our choice, but after a few days we were at home. The manager Donna was super helpful, friendly and a pleasant surprise. She made our whole family feel welcomed. I would return again Thank You

Summary: The location of this unit is great. It is one short block to the beach. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The property is landscaped beautifully and we had a patio right outside our door that was lovely. On the negative side, we had a bug problem. There were a variety of bugs in the kitchen. When I notified Donna, the manager, she had Jim, the on-site maintenance fellow, at the apartment within 10 minutes. He sprayed and then returned 2 days later to spray again. The problem diminished substantially from the spraying. There was also an HVAC problem that was repaired as quickly as they could, considering they needed to wait for a part. Donna did everything possible to address any issues in a timely manner, and make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Summary: From Sean, dillon, and Erik. We stayed at the apartment for 4 weeks beginning in may 2021. We were three graduate students on a hospital rotation from western Pennsylvania and wanted to be close to the beach. If anything, this place is UNDERADVERTISED on every level. We had an absolutely incredible experience here. Peter and donna the apartment manager were absolutely phenomenal hosts and were there anytime we needed them, even though we didn't. I will begin the review from the time we arrived. The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was, I believe his name was Jim did an excellent job cleaning and sanitizing before we arrived. My initial impressions were how the space looked even larger than advertised, how they went above and beyond by providing things such as extremely nice beach chairs, beach towels, beach coolers, snacks and more for the guests. They also had all the cleaning supplies needed and toilet paper, and much more for us. The beds were insanely comfortable and cleanly. The pool was absolutely prestine and cleaned extremely consistently. There was also a pool shower next to it which made the short walk from the beach even better, There was no odor in the apartment and smelled very fresh. The other guests there were extremely respectful and pleasant to speak with. As for the location, this is where I would say the place is underadvertised. It is an incredible area, I recommend looking at the google street view to see the surrounding areas which were extremely beautiful as well. It is an extremely private, older community, well policed, and you never get hot because the ocean breeze comes all the way up the quaint little road leading to the apartments. Walking down the short path to the beach as a public access, however the beach is extremely private. There were other amazing ammentities such as 2 grill areas which were nearly brand new. and an absolutely gorgeous patio area with lights, and an intimate table area which was perfect to sit and have wine and dinner at. This area is only 12 minutes from delray beach, a few minutes from downtown boynton beach which has some beautiful up and coming restaraunts. I simply cannot say enough about this area, these apartments, and the hosts. Only downfall to the place is having to bring quarters for the laundry, which is no big deal, we just didn't have any on hand when we arrived!
