The apartment in a complex which has been completely renovated. New floors, kitchen and bathroom all according to German standards. The facility is well maintained and quiet. Most of the apartments are rented to locals. The atmosphere is very friendly and a positive experience. Some tenants have a cat or small dog. Beach chairs, coffee maker, microwave everything newly furnished and almost everything available on little things that are needed in daily use.
The location is north of Boca Raton and south of Manalapan or West Pam Beach one of the richest streets on Florida's beaches.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for 2-1/2 weeks in May and loved it!! The units are very clean, completely renovated and tastefully appointed. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the ease of check-in and the special extras like beach towels, beach chairs, bicycles and bbq's on site. The courtyards are lovely and inviting and the pool was clean and warm. The ocean is just steps away and the beach was quiet and private. Donna was an attentive, wonderful hostess and readily available for anything we needed. We look forward to a return visit!

Summary: Loved every bit of our stay, the unit was very clean and beautifully decorated and comfortable . Short walk to the beach, deli and surf shop!! The beach is beautiful and not crowded ! Jimmy and Donna were very accessible when needed , will definitely come again ❤️❤️

Summary: Our almost 3-week stay was incredible. The property was picturesque, to say the least. The attention to detail, both outside and inside the apartments is key! They have thought of everything. And to walk into the courtyard is like a piece of paradise with a calm serenity. You can literally just stay right within the complex and be more than happy! And what made the stay even more perfect was the people who truly care for this wonderful place! Peter, Donna, and Jim make you feel right at home. Their sincere warmth and friendlessness are genuine! It was such a pleasure to interact with them! But there is no pressure to do so either. They are not intrusive at all but will be available to you if needed with ease. Once you step out of your doors, you can either relax in the pool, enjoy the oasis-like environment or walk a few steps to the beach. Worth every penny and then some! For sure we will be back! Wonderful experience all around!

Summary: Loved the location and convenience to both the pool and beach. Has a great road to walk on along the beach and everyone is very friendly. Close to some restaurants and convenient to West Palm Beach as well for shopping and dining. We had a great experience and plan to return!

Summary: Loved all the people I met who were mostly doing long term stays. Met many nice people. There was an issue with replacement of the air conditioner which was resolved amicably. The owner and manager are onsite and available.

Summary: We had to return to Canada before our stay was completed because of coronavirus concerns. Since returning we have been trying to reach some type of settlement with the owners . We suggested 10 days worth of cash and a credit for the remaining seven days to be used in the next 12 months . They have not responded/ communicated since we proposed that several days ago . Can you help?

Summary: The one bedroom was very nice really nice clean mall place to start i've had a Boulevard picture and the beach was a half a block away everything that you need is in Boynton boynton is a beautiful area the people that stay at this place a very lovely friendly people I did have a little issue with an air conditioner noise that was coming from the unit next to mine it was very loud and made noise when on in the bedroom so it was a little hard to sleep sometimes
