Summary: Our stay at the Artesian Cottage, hosted by pine cone accommodations was absolutely phenomenal. You can't beat the location for safety or convenience, everything is right there. We did have one minor inconvenience while we were there, and Sandy, the property manager, was an absolute dream and she and a coworker drove up to address our concern in person, after business hours, just to make sure we were taking care of. There was an issue with one of the beds , and they offered to replace the mattress the same day, without question. This was incredible and we recommend this property to anybody. Thank you so much Sandy and the Pine Cone Team!

Summary: We had a good stay, the place was clean and in a very safe neighborhood. It was located centrally between many things that we wanted to do. Two down sides, there was no air conditioning and I went back and looked and didn't see that listed. It was a little too warm for my liking and I had trouble sleeping. And although it was decorated nicely there wasn't enough comfortable seating for 4 adults to sit and enjoy a movie.

Summary: Close to town. Clean. Had kitchen dishes, utensils, etc, all appliances including washer/dryer, fire pit. Would stay again.

Summary: The cottage wasn't anything special, but it was clean, comfortable and a great location. Walking distance to the beach and to ice cream, restaurants and other stores. Plus it was less than a block from the North Central Bike Trail and only a few miles from several other trails, if you want to do some biking or hiking. Also close to Big Bear Adventures if you want to tube or kayak.

Summary: Adorable cottage, very homey, nice owners. Clean and neat. Short walk from the main drag of Indian River, which is a very cute little place with shops and restaurants and pretty gardens everywhere. Twin beds were very comfortable, and my 6’4” son was fine on the fold out couch in the living room. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Summary: The property was as described and cute, cozy, and clean. Walkable distance from town and the river. More sofa seating in the living room would have been appreciated but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
