This unit is on the ground floor of a refurbished barn. The picture shown of the Indian River is your view from the front window. There is a parade of boats passing by all summer long. We have two 20' dock spaces directly across the street. (Separate liability waver required) The original cedar post supports are a conversation starter in each room. We are located within a short walking distance to downtown Indian River and the Indian River Golf Course. There is one small bedroom with a double bed, another with a twin bed, a full bathroom, kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Laundry facility available on site. No Smoking in the unit.

Summary: Owners are very nice and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. Nice place to stay with pets, close to Burt & Mullett lake if you like to fish. Overall nice place to stay.

Summary: I fell in love with Indian River, Michigan. It was nice having a spot just off the water. I was able to go kayaking. It was close enough to the Mackinac Island ferry, which I spent a day at which was a great experience. I can’t wait to go back to Indian River and if the red barn is available, I’d love to stay there again.
