Recently remodeled. Two bedrooms, one full bath.
Large rear yard. Near university's and Freret Street restaurants, bars & shopping. Starbucks two blocks away.
Pls note, the flat occupies the main level of the home.
There is a separate owners unit in the that occupies the rear and lower unit of the the home. Laundry is shared.

Summary: This is a beautifully maintained home in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood in a perfect location. The home was so comfortable and had everything we needed. It was great being only a block off Freret; we had easy walks to everywhere we wanted to go. This will be the First property we look to for our future trips to NOLA.

Summary: We loved this house and the cozy tree-lined street. Easy walk to Freret St restaurants and Tulane campus, and the house has everything you need. Will definitely come back!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Close to Tulane where our daughter will go to college. Close to nice restaurants on Freret. Peaceful area. Nicely furnished, great porch to chill in the front. We loved the fact that we had coffee, tea, water and even beer and wine to choose from! Nice touch. Bradley is a very responsive host so we will certainly come back when we visit our big girl.

Summary: Our family visited New Orleans to spend time with our daughter who is about to graduate from Tulane. This house was so comfortable. From the snacks, drinks and family games to cleanliness and fluffy beds, Bradley covered every detail. It was also located close to campus and all the fun restaurants on Freret. I couldn’t give a more enthusiastic endorsement.

Summary: The house was super cute and comfortable. Within walking distance of several amenities and public transportation. It would have been nice to know that there was another vacation rental situation below us. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Summary: We used to live one block over from Bradley's place. The house is in a very convenient location, close to Tulane, Audubon park, Freret Street (restaurants and a grocery store), street car on St Charles and an easy stepping off point for driving to anywhere in the city. The house was great, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Bradely is a great host, very quick to respond. One note that was not in the listing is there is a basement apartment. If occupied you will share the washer/dryer which is located in the basement apartment.
