We are on Lockhart Rd & Luard Rd, we're just 3 minutes walk from the closest subway stop (Wanchai MTR exit A1 or C) with the airport bus stop literally at our doorstep. Kindly remind it is close to bar area. Convenience stores, Bars, Supermarket, grocery stores, pharmacy, massage salons, fruit shops, shopping mall, post office , tram/flight ticket agencies, cafe, bakeries, bus stops & tram stop....Easy access to everything you may need in the neighborhood.
You could do simple cooking in the apartment. However, most visitors would be unlikely to do that because of the wide variety of restaurants nearby: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indian, Thai, western food and street food for late night hunger. Needless to say: you would also be well served by McDonalds, Pizza Huts, Subways, Deli-france, Marks & Spencers and other fast food chains.

Summary: Community on street level active all night with music, etc. Location to transportation perfect. Felt safe and comfortable in apartment but unit has mold issues in bathrooms and front bedroom. Wi-Fi great which and worked to have family together for wedding celebration .

Summary: The place are very clean, all the bedlinen, towel, pillow case are clean as well, the facilities are fully complete. The host are very helpful. The place are more suitable for those people who enjoy the night life, because the drinking pub are a lot around the area, not so suitable for the family trip with kid. The resident of the building mostly are from Thailand who work in the pub or massage saloon, so it will a bit noisy during midnight while they off from work.

Summary: Apartment is very convenient due to less than 5mins walk to Wan Chai MRT. Just next door to our apartment there is a dim sum shop upstairs which is very reasonably priced and serve good food even during dinner. The host Sally and Alice is very accommodative and fast when assistance required. The only thing is that during cold season, we needed the hot water so much but unfortunately it can only run about 5 minutes each person before it becomes cold water again. Thus most of us were super efficient and had to plan our bath systematically ; P If this issue is fixed, all is good ; )

Summary: The environment is very good, tidy and clean, near MTR ( Wan Chai ), walking distance only 5 mins. All the necessary equipment are provided. All of us 8 member family are satisfied in this house.

Summary: The place is easy to get to but the stairs before the lift is a killing one when u got middle to big luggage with u. The house is clean, the rooms and bed sheet and everything is clean and whatever we needs are just there ready for us. There is a store & a 24 hours restuarant just located directly below the buliding so is very easy n fast to get food n stuff we need. The aircon is very very cooling for this hot weather when we were there but there is a very very very loud and noisy sound that came out from the living room aircon n it sounds like someone is knocking on the door hard. Other then this it is a very very nice place to stay in with the helpful host Basa n sally.

Summary: Great location, effiecient welcome staff. Though the entrance is narrow and steepy, the cleanliness of the room can trade off those burden with such reasonable rate.

Summary: Extremely pleased and impressed. V clean n nicely furnished. 7 of us, so it was v value for money, can actually accommodate up to 10 pax. Location is v good. Good hosts too! Prompt and helpful with our queries and requests.

Summary: About the unit What I like: - it is clean and well maintained - bedding are clean and Eric (host) gave us new cover for the sofa bed - complete appliances, able to cook, do laundry, iron clothes, and it has vacuum cleaner - shampoo, shower gels and toothpaste are provided as well - water heater is working fine - interior is nice, there are lots of cabinets to put your things - unit is exactly the same as in the picture - there is a cable TV What I don't like: - to go to the unit, we need to take stairs from the street to the mezzanine floor where the lift is. In our case, we have few luggage and strollers, so it's hard to get up, but anyway this is only issue when you arrive and depart. About the location What I like: - It is very near to the Wan Chai MTR exit A1, around 2-3 mins walk - Accessible to eating places and 7-11 is just downstairs What i don't like: - There are lots of bars and club downstairs, we normally go back to the unit around 10pm and we had to pass by on those bars, lots of people smoking and drinking on the street so we feel a bit unsafe for our kids - There is a massage service in the mezzanine floor, so every night when we reached the building, there were drunk men waiting for someone to open the lobby gate we were a bit scared of them, so we just stand by for a while and waited for them to go away and then we would open the lobby gate and got inside quickly. About the host: We never had a chance to meet Ms. Sally but she is very responsive. When we reached the building Eric is already there and he approached us and guided us to the unit. He explained everything in the unit. Overall, we enjoyed staying in this unit and the kids like it too.
