Positive: Location , room size , clean hotel. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Negative: The distance from the street to the hotel through the mall is substantial! We stayed there for 5 nights and this got very tedious after awhile . Otherwise, a great selection for us.

Positive: Location is good. Rooms are spacious. Coffeemaker in the room is a plus. Airconditioning is working and not too noisy

Negative: Beds. The are not uncorfortable, but could be better. Quality of the breakfast is medium, could be upgraded (ingridients)

Positive: Breakfast and evening meal were excellent, good choice and value for money. A couple of issues re room when we first moved in but quickly resolved. Easy to walk to the city centre.

Negative: House keeping was hit or miss. Shower gel empty on arrival, beds not made or bins emptied one day, long hair in the shower on arrival. Issues reported and quickly resolved.
