We are located on the 2nd floor in the corner where it is extremely quiet and cool.
The condo has FREE WiFi and smart TV’s with 2 Bedrooms. The Eat In Kitchen adds to the coziness, and a Great Pool is on site and all activities are in Walking distance Also, OUR LOCATION IS QUIET & FAR ENOUGH AWAY FROM THE ACTIVITIES, BUT CLOSE ENOUGH TO WALK and be part of the community fun!
Sorry but we Do Not rent to anyone 23 or under! NO PROMS. Not a party place.
This Summer 2024. Since Covid restrictions there have been changes made to the pool area. You must bring your own chairs to the enclosed area. No pool toys are allowed this year. There is a table set up outside the gate with a table where you have to take your temperature. Sign in and disinfect your hands.

Summary: Our stay was very nice. The condo was clean. Very close to boardwalk, beach and restaurants. The pool was a little on the cold side for me. So we didn’t really use it that much. Having a washer/dryer on the property was a huge bonus. The condo was fully stocked.

Summary: This little apartment was lovely and comfortable! A quick drive away from IBSP which is where we enjoy going to the beach. Loved having easy access to a pool which is clean and well maintained. The apartment is quiet, you truly cannot hear anything coming from other apartments. Owner is very responsive, and checkin was super simple. My only complaint is the fridge wasn't cleaned out and had a smell, and the main room air conditioner needs to be cleaned and/or maintenance because there is a musty/moldy smell coming from it.

Summary: My family & I stayed here for a dance competition and loved our stay. The condo is located in a nice area and was perfect for what we needed. The neighbors are friendly and the pool was a great perk!

Summary: I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and roomy the rental was. Parking was perfect. Boardwalk n beach a bit of a walk but we did it 2 times a day, great exercise. Basically had pool to our self the 4 days. Everyone who was there were super friendly n helpful. Communication with other was quick n kind . Will def stay again..
