Positive: It was clean tidy and roomy. Good location and excellent communication from hosts. Best accomodation on this trip by far.
Negative: Nothing. We liked everything.

Positive: The location was the best thing about the place. We were able to walk to the Congress Street Bridge to see the bats. Also Rainey Street was even closer, with lots of food options and bars. As far as the unit, we loved the view and the spaciousness. Lots of room for a family of 4 to spread out.
Negative: We saw a huge cockroach in the main bathroom and another one running under the living room couch. The hosts did nothing about this when we contacted them. The unit wasn't stocked with coffee, creamer or water. The light switches were a pain to figure out. The beds were not very comfortable -- flat mattresses and the pillows are tall and too fluffy. Bring your own pillows if you can. Overall this place is overpriced for the amenities inside. You're paying for location and view.
Summary: Great location, view and spaciousness, but otherwise meh.
