Summary: Visiting my son in Austin, and decided to go VRBO vs hotel this time. Knew the area from previous visits, and this location was perfect. 1-2 block walk from Lake Lady Bird waterside paths, same distance to Rainey St for those looking for music, food trucks and cocktails. Scooter access everywhere for those not wanting to Uber around Austin. Location was safe. Rooftop pool area has fantastic views of the city. There is quite a bit of new construction in the area, so be aware when walking the neighborhood. Overall a great location to stay
