The bright, quiet and very sunny apartment (56qm) has two furnished rooms and is located on the second floor of a two floor building in Berlin Zehlendorf, a well-connected area, very close to the Schlachtensee. The living room is oriented southwards and offers a large balcony with view into the garden. In the bedroom there is a double bed. The apartment is completely furnished and fitted with all kitchen utensils such as hotplate, oven, espresso machine, refrigerator, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. All rooms have laminated pavements. The apartment also offers telephone, Internet access, DVD, stereo, bath tub and parking. Sheets and towels are available for the guests, phone calls into the German net, Internet flat-rate, cable TV, electricity and water are included.

The vicinity to lakes and woods makes the apartment interesting for all those who are fond of nature, sports and tranquility. The center of Berlin can be reached by car or public transports within a short time. Potsdam is very close and offers the possibility to visit numerous parks and attractions also out of the center of Berlin. The apartment is well-connected to the center through Avus (highway), S-Bahn (Schlachtensee and Nikolasse), U-Bahn (Krumme Lanke) and bus (112).
