Drive into a long driveway to arrive at this magnificent estate! The long driveway and garage allows for sufficient space to park up to 6 cars (1 in garage, 5 in driveway)
Walk up the stairs into a massive great room warmly painted in red and sienna hues. Soaring picture windows frame the majestic mountain range of South Tahoe.
Play a 1920 antique grand piano in one corner while enjoying the views from all sides of this great room. Or walk out to a wide decks and soak it all in.
This truly great room is kept warm by a huge river rock fireplace, with a 55' flat screen TV atop it.
From the living room turn towards the large kitchen area with top of the line stainless steel appliances. This kitchen is amply accessorized to delight the best of chefs.
The kitchen 'Bordeaux' granite counters has ample dining space . This plus the dining table ,the card table in the great room and the pub table in the lower family room provides sufficient dining space for in home guests . During summer, the back decks can also be enjoyed for dining experience .
View the stars from a private balcony in the spacious master king bedroom suite. This suite has a chaise lounge to relax in. A double sided fireplace gives extra warmth and ambiance to both bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has a large His and Hers separate shower and a jacuzzi tub.
Across the great room in the opposite wing are three bedrooms, two Jack and Jill rooms sharing a bathroom in between and a king bedroom suite . An extra powder room is located in the hallway leading to the swimming pool room.
The pool room, tiled in warm Rojo flagstone slate, features a large indoor swimming pool, and a steam shower and a half bath. The soaring picture windows framing the mountain views beyond, in combination with the cathedral ceilings create a spectacular and grand effect while you swim in this large 21'x 25 indoor pool. A large 7 man hot tub is situated just outside the pool room on a deck which also leads up to the kitchen/dining area.
From the great room walk down to the game room below and come upon another great room with a wet bar, a pub table for six , another 46' flat screen plasma TV hanging beside another river rock fireplace. In the middle of the room is a full sized pool table . An L shaped sofa is in the room to lounge in. On the same level is a large media room with a projector 106' screen video system , Arcade System, lounging chairs and 2 futons at the back of the room. This will work great for presentations if you plan a corporate retreat for a privileged group.
Two bedroom suites, with two queen beds are on the same lower level. The seventh bedroom with a full bed and a regular crib is perfect for kids to lounge in with their games or for an au pair to stay in.

Summary: This house is amazing for a large group who want all the amenities of a hotel with the comfort of being together in a single home. Checkin was simple, our host was very responsive, and checkout was also easy. It was nicely appointed with comfortable mattresses in all of the rooms. The large open floor plan on the main level was great for hosting. The hot tub was large and the indoor pool was also very large. The hot sauna got up to about 120F but the wet sauna definitely steamed up nicely. Theater room had a row of fully reclining chairs which was a nice touch. Location was super convenient for Sierra but could also work for Heavenly. If you are willing to splurge, then this house is worth it!!

Summary: This cabin is amazing. When we arrived, we spent the first 15 minutes walking around saying “wow”. Just a stunning house and location. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need. The house was clean, signage around the house was very helpful and the fireplaces and thermostats were very easy to use. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The views are stunning. The two washers and dryers were great! Constantino made the entire process so easy and straightforward. Our kids were ages 6, 11 and 12 and all had a blast! I have ZERO complaints or issues. The pool isn’t too deep which was nice since we have kids. The movie theatre is so comfy! I could go on and on! I received compliments from the entire family about what a perfect rental I had found. I agree!!

Summary: Our stay at the Chiapa Estate was great! The home was in a very quiet location and provided many amenities for our group to use. Adults and children loved the indoor pool and theater room. Kitchen was well stocked, and bedrooms were very comfortable. Our host communicated with us well, and was able to quickly resolve issues we ran into. I look forward to staying here again.

Summary: Our family of 14 people stayed at this house over the Thanksgiving weekend and everything was perfect and every way. The kitchen is just a wonderful gathering place and all of the family entertainment areas are inviting. We found everything and working order and very clean and everyone in the family had a lot of fun. Constantino is a great host.

Summary: Stayed at this lovely property over a long weekend with some friends from college and their kids. Plenty of room for everyone! Theatre is really great as is the arcade. Kitchen kept us all fed making most of our meals.

Summary: This was a perfect property for our family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for our 8 adults and 4 boys 6-10. The kids loved the indoor pool, although there were a few rough spots at the bottom so swim shoes suggested. The hot tub and theatre room were big hits as well. There’s so much to do in Lake Tahoe, but it was great to have relaxing down time at the house. Would definitely recommend for a fun group stay!

Summary: Overall loved the place, was fantastic for a family reunion with 4 generations. Plenty of bedrooms and all with an attached bathroom made it very accommodating. Having the theater room, indoor pool, and hot tub meant the kids were entertained at all times. Kitchen is a good size but a couple utensils provided broke when trying to use. Also, the steam room was not usable because the flooring is coming undone there and dust particles would enter the steam which we did not want to mess with. Pro tip: bring your own aluminum foil, tupperware, and paper towels if you are going to do some cooking, as was not available.
