Semi-detached bungalow in a block of four, located on a small park just outside the town of Stavenisse. Located on the island of Tholen. This property has been expanded with a dormer window on the first floor and on the ground floor a separate seating area has been created for the TV and there is also a utility room with washing machine. Unlike most other properties in this park, this property is suitable for six people.
Facilities:
The bungalow has been expanded to 98 m² and was renovated in 2018 so that the living room is more spacious and has a lot of light. The room has a separate sitting area to watch TV and from that angle you can look at the open kitchen with an induction plate, a microwave oven with six minutes of technology, a new dishwasher and a refrigerator with a 50-liter freezer compartment. There is a normal coffee maker and a Senseo machine and a toaster
Outdoor space:
The garden offers a lot of privacy and is completely fenced. .There is a large terrace with a porch that is light-transmitting and that is equipped with outdoor lighting. On the terrace is an aluminum garden set with four chairs and two six-stand chairs, two sun loungers and a barbecue. There is also a low side table and two stacking chairs. The garden is fenced and therefore very suitable for children and dogs.
