On the ground floor, you'll find the open living and dining room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with six chairs. The new open kitchen is designed for cooking enthusiasts. Equipped with a four-burner gas stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker (pads), and kettle, you have everything at your fingertips to prepare delicious meals.
On the ground floor, there's a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed of 160 cm x 200 cm. The practical bathroom, equipped with underfloor heating, offers a walk-in shower, sink with a contemporary vanity, mirror, and toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where two comfortable sleeping areas can be found. One room is furnished with two large single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), while the other has a pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm).
