Summary: Great place - Landlord is also responsive and attentive! Easy to get into the building Park right across the street - very convenient. Clean place - great for 1-2 people, very cozy and central! Would stay here again!!

Summary: This apartment has been recently renovated with modern conveniences! It’s in a central location and easy to walk to several attractions! The only drawback is the parking. Overnight parking is not permitted in any of the lots close by. Otherwise, great choice!

Summary: This unit is beautiful. Convenient walking distance to downtown, river, hospital and museums. The area is being rejuvenated. Security was great though.

Summary: This property was amazing. I have stayed at several VRBO with work, & this one is tops. The HOST had the forethought to have all things needed for bathroom, ( multiple towels for my multiple days) , kitchen- cooking materials, spices in cupboard~ everything was perfect. The property was clean, well maintained and in the heart of the city. & easy walk to bars and restaurants… like 100 feet away to 2 blocks had 10 great little places. The place has convenient parking directly across the street for easy in and out. I really enjoyed this property, the helpfulness of the Host and the ease of use for everything inside the apartment. Thank you!! 5 Stars!

Summary: I was looking for a home away from home during a recent business trip to Charleston. The location was perfect and I couldn't be happier about the apartment itself. It was clean, stylish, neighbors are friendly and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The only minor feedback I could give would be to consider adding some oven mitts, but other than that the apartment had everything I needed.

Summary: Nice apartment; spacious and in a great location for walking to shops and restaurants in downtown Charleston. Check-in was rough; cleaner didn’t show up to clean the apartment until more than an hour after check-in time. However, the host responded immediately to calls and texts about this problem, and refunded the cleaning fee. He also responded quickly to complaints about missing amenities, which he replaced.
