Since it backs up to forest land, you'll enjoy privacy and glimpses of wildlife from the neighboring Nestucca Wildlife Refuge. Nearly every room has an ocean view and the home is next to public beach access on Winema Rd, which is a 1 mile drive away and there is public parking available.
Upstairs, the open living area is sunlit from large skylights, with ample leather seating focused around the splendid view. A fireplace, games, books, and a reading nook let you cozy up to the custom space.
