Summary: We ABSOLUTELY loved the lodge. The host was so gracious in all their special touches. I can't imagine a season that this lodge wouldn't make every visit special. Our family is forever grateful for our memories shared this special Christmas season. Our 5 year old Granddaughter has decided she is moving there. ; )This place is truly a beautiful. We LOVED it.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property! Overall a very peaceful location, though there was some light noise from a neighboring motorsports business and the main road. Lots of wildlife and amazing stargazing at night!The booking and check-in process were seamless, and the guest contact went above and beyond by accommodating early check-in and late check-out, which was so appreciated since I was running a marathon and we could only stay two nights. The listing was spot-on, and the house was clean, VERY spacious, and well-maintained.Beautiful decor throughout and house was not full of clutter. There was plenty of room for a larger group, and we especially appreciated the large dining table in the Florida porch. The beds were very comfortable and more than enough space with huge closets in every bedroom.The kitchen had plenty of dishes and every spice imaginable. The house also has some thoughtful touches like a built-in gate at the top of the basement stairs (great for pets or kids!) and tons of firewood for cozy nights by the fire. Our group really enjoyed the pool table, dart board, and fishing as well!The master bedroom had a ton of ladybugs and the upstairs queen bedroom is directly above the downstairs bedroom, which can be a noise issue due to the hardwood floors, but neither were a deal-breaker for us.There's plenty to do without ever leaving the property and we definitely would have loved more time to relax and enjoy this place! Highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this charming home! It was perfect for our group of three couples as we explored the Bourbon Trail during the day. The house had plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind in the evenings. We especially enjoyed the cozy campfires outside and game nights in the living room. The location was convenient, and the peaceful setting made it easy to recharge after a day of distillery tours. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and fun retreat!

Summary: The property was great we could not have found a better place to stay for the Bardstown Bourbon Festival. Plenty of room for 9 adults to stay plus so much to do on property we never got board. Fire pit with smores at night fishing in pond (caught 14 fish released them back). Every morning woke up to deer in the yard just a wonderful time.
