Summary: The hotel was fine. I think they were working on remodeling some rooms while we were there. The stairwell wasn’t vacuumed our whole stay (4 nights) one day the pool was closed, so we couldn’t use it. Our last night someone’s room on the 1st flooded/had water issues. I think they had to shut the hot water off bc I tried taking a shower but didn’t get any hot water. The next day the water must of still not been on to the bathrooms by the elevators. But they didn’t have out of order signs on the doors. So the bathrooms toilets were gross.

Summary: The guy at the desk took forever to check me in. He immediately saw my online reservation and that I had paid for the room but after that it took a long wait until he finally handed me the keys to my room. When I got to the room the toilet was running and when I went to jiggle the flusher it was very lose and would not flush SO I had to go back down to the desk. This time did not take as long to get keys to a different room. The rest of the stay was ok.

Summary: All around decent hotel. The bed wasn't plush, and the highway is noisy. The toilet was difficult to work, and the hot and cold water were reversed. The coffee is terrible.

Summary: Friendly staff at check in. Seemed like a clean, big room for a family. Unfortunately, the comforter on my bed was SUPER gross on the underside. Looked like someone at Cheetos and a blue slushie in the bed. Needless to say, I froze by just using the sheet.
