We have an open floor plan and offer 3 living areas including the main great room with a gas fireplace, a lower level game room with table shuffleboard, and golden tee arcade, and an open upper level loft area with family appropriate games. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Use the High Speed Internet and free Wi-Fi network to stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone! The home has 5 full bedrooms, and 4 full bathrooms. The main floor has an open floor plan with a great room and adjacent large kitchen, pantry, primary suite (King bed), second bedroom (Queen bed), and laundry room. The lower level has the game room, home movie theater room, and secondary suite (King bed). The upper level has a spacious loft area, and 2 additional bedrooms including Jack (Two Double beds) & Jill (Double bed + Double / Twin Bunk) style bedrooms with a shared full bath in between them.

Dream Catcher is available to rent by the guests of Dream Big Oasis during the duration of their stay. The rental includes fuel, so there is no need to worry about refueling. The Operator must have a valid Virginia (or any NASBLA approved) boating license or possess a boaters safety education course certificate as well as a Virginia or other State-issued valid driver’s license. We can also offer a Captain to operate the boat if you do not qualify or if you would rather leave the driving to someone else. We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
Elk Creek Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. The community area has a pavilion and many large blue roofed covered boat slips directly adjacent to the private boat ramp. Our house is very private at the end of a long private road with a circle at the end with ample parking.

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
