Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, our cozy lake cabin home offers a unique retreat with lake access. Enjoy the screened deck with a hot tub and TV, a warming fireplace, and a fire pit paired with stargazing. It's not waterfront, but the common area is just a stroll away.

The Space:
Picture yourself starting the day on our cozy screened-in front porch with a hot cup of coffee, listening to the sounds of nature.
Inside, the living room is perfect for gathering around the stone fireplace or having a fun karaoke night with the family. We've just installed a beautiful Christmas tree and festive decor inside to add to your holiday spirit. Outside, the house is adorned with sparkling Christmas lights, creating a magical ambiance.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and the dining area comfortably seats eight, making it great for shared meals and conversations.
Downstairs, we have a kids' bunk bedroom and an adult bunk bedroom, both ready with all the bedding you need, plus a full bathroom for convenience. Upstairs, the loft is stocked with board games and has a comfy lounge area with a smart TV (Bring your own password) for relaxed evenings. The main bedroom is a true retreat with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi, and a walk-in closet.
Step outside to the back deck where you can unwind in the hot tub and watch your favorite shows on the smart TV (Bring your own password). The backyard is perfect for evenings around the fire pit, with Adirondack chairs and benches for stargazing. There's also a BBQ grill and picnic table for outdoor dining.
Just a short walk away, you'll find picnic tables and a spot to launch watercraft (though no fishing or swimming allowed).
We’ve got you covered with complimentary coffee, tea, toiletries, and laundry supplies to make your stay hassle-free. You’ll have access to the whole house, except for the shed.
Strictly enforced:
1. Head Count Policy: The number of guests must match the number listed in your reservation. An inaccurate count of guests may result in the termination of the reservation.
2. Pet Policy: If you are bringing a dog, please make sure it is included in your reservation. Dogs not listed in the reservation will not be allowed. Max of 2 dogs.
3. Hot Tub Use: Please review and acknowledge our hot tub policy which will be sent to you a couple of days before your reservation date or ask us ahead of time. This is essential for the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
4. Quiet Hours: We have designated quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times.
Guest access:
You will have access to the whole house except for inside the shed.
Exploring the woods will be at your discretion.
Other things to note:
The common area has a volleyball court, a picnic area, and a boat ramp.
Do you have a boat or a jet ski you'd like to launch into the lake? No problem, you don't have to go far cos the common area is essentially across from our property.
Rules to follow, per association:
1. Must have at least 2 weeks' notice to schedule for boat ramp or picnic area to use.
2. No parking inside the common area.
3. Must conclude events and clean up the area before dark.
4. No fishing or swimming; strictly launch of watercraft only.
5. Your watercraft or vehicles cannot be parked on the street. Park your watercraft right next to our shed and cars on the driveway. It fits 4 vehicles.

We would not want you to clean but we're only asking for reasonable things like turning off the lights and TVs and locking up upon your check-out.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Lake Anna. This cabin was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub, screened porches and fire pit. Our dog loved watching the squirrels and deer from the fenced front yard.

Summary: The property is very nice. I loved the sunken hot tub which meant it was easy to get in and out. It’s on the screened porch which I bet will be very helpful when bug season is here. My 6’2” husband was concerned about the sloping ceiling in the bedroom but no skulls were bonked. The kitchen is a little tight for more than one person but all the necessary equipment was available. The hosts were very communicative. We look forward to booking again.

Summary: This cabin has so much goodness to it. It's in fantastic shape and looks exactly the way you expect a cabin to look -- wood floors and walls, skylights, screened-in front and back porches... We spent a lot of time in the sunken hot tub with a side sitting area and a TV that swivels between them. The firepit is close, comfortable, well-lit, and well-stocked with wood. We enjoyed movie nights in the loft, gaming and eating at the farm table, and lounging in the living room. Little touches make it especially nice, such as the antelope over the fireplace, the clear anti-skid tape on the stairs, The hosts were attentive and responsive.

Summary: The cabin is beautiful, comfortable, and CLEAN, and has everything you could need for a vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and tree coverings make it feel secluded, but its close enough to entertainment at Lake Anna state park and King’s Dominion amusement park. Hosts are a pleasure to interact with. Overall fantastic experience.

Summary: This home has a lot of nice touches, making it a half-rustic, half-glam location. It has log cabin charm, and is in a very peaceful spot, very private and beautiful surrounding foliage. My husband and I really enjoyed our time away here as a couple. The master bath jetted tub was very relaxing and the master bed very comfy. We enjoyed watching movies in the loft, and sitting on the front porch! Owners were incredibly responsive. Thanks for a great trip!

Summary: The property is very conveniently located and easy access. The landscaping is very cute and the property has a calm, relaxing vibe! Just what we were looking for👍 Love the fire pit (wood logs provided)!! The screened in porches were my favorite place for coffee in the mornings ❣️ Inside the cabin, had very nice decor and all the comforts of home! Only recommendation's would be a blender and more bowls to serve food and store leftovers😉 Kitchen fridge does not have an ice maker but the very kind owners provided a bag of ice in freezer👏👍 Love the fireplace and would be nice to visit again in the fall or winter👏 Thank you for making our stay great!
