Summary: Selected this place to stay at the Aristocrat Apartment and have been so happy here. Location is terrific. Right near the beach with lifeguards and near the Northcliffe Lifesaving club and just a few min walk to the light rail. The apartment itself has a terrific view. Is clean and if there were any issues Marc was super responsive and helpful.. Apartment is mostly owner occupied and everyone seems super friendly There are two pool areas a small very hot inside pool with a spa and a larger outdoor pool which was not always super clean but was lovely and fresh. The apartment itself has everything you need and is very comfortable. Very happy with our stay.

Summary: The apartment has everything you need and in a great location, close to public transport and attractions. The apartment was comfortable, clean and dealing with Marc was a breeze. Marc was accommodating and made sure our stay was second to none. Definitely would stay again and recommend this to anyone looking for a holiday apartment.

Summary: ok lets start by saying marc was awesome host had an issue with wifi when we arrived was switched of but he got it reconnected after saying ho spotting to our phone was not going to work for us as my wife still had to work some days while we were there as a host id say 4.5 stars apartment location was great facilities also good the downside was the apartment all i will say is on walking in it was dark and dinghy and could really do with an update as it looks like an apartment from the 80s,90s. The bed is very firm but did look new but for us definitely way to firm kitchen had adequate utensils and crockery although the utensils didn't match there was enough to do what was needed when cooking for Xmas as a last minute booking at Christmas it was in a great location and nr to everything we needed to access but i wouldnt book again unless it was seriously updated

Summary: The host, Marc, was pure class! The unit is incredible, with the views to both the beach and the river. All amenities are in the unit and really, there is nothing to say except - do yourself a favour and book your holiday and stay in this unit!

Summary: A great place to stay, only 15minutes walk into Surfers paradise or a quick tram ride. (Thanks for the shopping trolley) A great indoor pool, sauna and spa. Great food at the surfclub. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Summary: We had a really good time in Surfers Paradise and the apartment was lovely, well situated for getting around to shops and further afield, close to the beach, surf club and Irish Pub. Fabulous views from all around the apartment and most of all Marc was a great host and easy to communicate with.
