Please note: the property is located in a beautiful tourist area but to arrive there you have to walk up several stairs ONLY by foot!
The apartment features a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. It includes three double bedrooms, including one with a lake-view bathtub, and two bathrooms, one of which has a double shower. A 100 sqm terrace with a view of Lake Como, with a relaxing area where guests can enjoy an aperitif in the company of others, shaded by a gazebo completes the property.
The moment you walk under the flowering vines of the private Terrace entrance and open the door to the spacious foyer and living area, you will fall in love with Vista Lario. The apartment features a fabulous living area with marble flooring, two sofas, one is a queen sized sleeper sofa, a game/dining table and a Smart television for streaming your favorite shows. The totally renovated Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing fabulous meals to enjoy on the Terrace dining table or to entertain guests at the farm table in the Kitchen. Vista Lario has three double bedrooms, including the large Master bedroom with a lakeview bathtub and Smart television. There are three bathrooms, one of which has a double shower and double sinks. A cozy sitting area with bookshelves and candlelit fireplace is located between the two bedrooms. However, your favorite place in the home is sure to be the Terrace with its 180 degree view of the water and mountains. Complete with an outdoor dining area with a retractable awning, chaise lounges for relaxing in the sun, and a Wisteria covered Gazebo where guests can enjoy an aperitif in the company of others, the Terrace is what makes Vista Lario so easy to love.
