This newly-renovated two-story historic 71 year-old Cape Cod home is a gem amongst rentals in Sports Town USA! Less than 5 minutes to the Rock Hill Sports Center, Winthrop University and Main Street Rock Hill, proximity and parking are no issue here.
Designed by Blue Pineapple Designers, we invite you to come experience the spacious and delightful atmosphere of 'The Emerald Escape.' With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this home is perfect for groups/families of up to 8 people.
The interior of the home offers a relaxed yet fresh take on traditional farmhouse design. On the 1st floor, you will find the light-filled living room and an open floor plan that allows for the entire group to enjoy each other. The open concept, well-stocked eat-in kitchen has brand new quartz countertops, stainless steal appliances, fixtures, and a large island that seats 4. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area has a seating for 2. The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer, provided detergent and iron/ironing board to ensure you are looking your best.
All bedrooms have remote controlled fans/lights, blackout curtains and ample closet space. The first bedroom on the main floor has a King-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with upgraded shower, duel sinks and spacious walk-in closet. As you head upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms. One has a King-sized bed and the other has a Queen and Full-sized beds. The second full bathroom is located on the main floor with a tub/shower combo and duel sinks.
Outside, you'll find the home's inviting wrap around front porch where you can enjoy a drink, good conversation, or the morning sunrise. Take a stroll over to Glencarin Gardens which boasts an 11 acre paradise that has a variety of blooms year round with beautifully landscaped lawns and walkways. This house is on a safe and quiet street surrounded by a mix of older homes, churches and homes investors are renovating.
This is a pet-friendly home and requires an additional fee of $150 Per pet to stay in the property. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a deposit and does not cover damage or additional cleaning as a result of the pet stay.
There is a $20 per guest per night additional fee for groups over 6 people.

Summary: The home was remodeled and worked great. The road in the front was terrible and was muddy. The neighborhood was rough.

Summary: This was perfect for 4 adults and one teenager. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and prefer not to stay in hotels when possible. This was very close to the Rock Hill Sports and Event Center. The kitchen had everything we needed to get coffee and go. We loved the switch-on fireplace as well. The renovation was well-done and impressive. I woud note that both bathrooms are downstairs in case anyone has difficulty with steps. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Summary: We stayed for a few says while moving out of our own home. This house was clean and comfortable. It’s in one of the quaint neighborhoods tucked away just outside downtown Rock Hill, and ideal location for getting anywhere in Rock Hill quickly. The rooms and kitchen are all renovated and comfortable. We would stay here again.
