Huge outdoor space . 5-10 min to The Carolina Mall and shopping centers and 10 min to Ballantyne Hotel & Spa , Ballantyne golf course , as well as exclusive shopping center ,restaurants and movie theater , 35 minutes drive to uptown Charlotte and panthers stadium
For our home security and safety, we have installed cameras outside the house in the front and backyard. For guest privacy, there are none inside the home. If the cameras are unplugged or covered without notifying the host, guests will be charged a $1000 fine and the police will be contacted for further investigation.

Summary: Everything about it his property was perfect. It was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. We even watched deer in the back yard. The owner was quick to respond and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. We would stay again.

Summary: The owner of this home treats people staying at his vacation property like you are staying at a very nice hotel. He does not make you clean, wash the sheets, and towels before you leave like so many other VRBO rentals homeowners do. We clean up of course before we leave the house, but it is not a requirement. So many other VRBO we have stayed rented make the day we leave very stressful because they say that if you do not do all these chores you will not get your refund money. The contrary is true with this home. He owner wants his guest to relax and enjoy the time you have at his home. They have waters, coffee, shampoo, and lots of the other items you will need during your stay. They do not require you to replenish the items before you leave as most VRBO homeowners do. It is so much more relaxing! I wish all VRBO owners would take lessons from this owner on how to treat their guest!
