This house is located approx. 1.5 KM to the main Parksville Beach. Approx. 12 min walk to beach access from the front door!
This Mexican Themed Full house with inhouse suite sleeps 10 adults comfortably plus children-Great for multi or big families wanting to travel together! Three very large bedrooms all with their own full bathrooms! The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom main house with a bachelor suite built in that has its own separate door, open concept room, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, pull out sofa bed and full bathroom. The main part of the house has the master bedroom upstairs, bathroom, full washer and dryer, main living room with sofa bed, full open concept kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and fully equipped kitchen. There're double doors that lead onto the large south facing deck with mountain views, ample seating and BBQ for gathering or lounging in the sun. The downstairs open concept entertainment room has a queen bed, full bathroom, mini closet, sofa bed, foosball table, games, projector theatre area with sound system, DVD player with DVDS, WII gaming system, HDMI hookup.
This 1800Sq/FT AIR CONDITIONED/HEATED home comes completely outfitted for your care free vacation!
Please note this is a shared driveway with another rental house at the back of the property. This house is at the front of the property. The property has a huge yard and designated smoking/Vaping area by the carport.

Four *marked* Parking spots on property and lots of street parking available OutFront. There is enough room for boat parking/trailers or large vehicles OutFront of the house on the street. Please do not block the driveway.

Summary: This is a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. There is lots of room for ten people. It’s a short drive to the main beach which is beautiful.

Summary: Nice, spacious, and clean. The pictures on Verb doesn't do the inside of the house justice. The pictures online made the rooms look dated and older but in truth it was bright, new, clean, and nice. Dahlia is friendly and easy to communicate with. The only thing is that the 3rd bedroom is only accessible from outside of the house. We were not able to utilize the room as we have younger kids, and our 14 year was not comfortable sleeping in that room with no direct access to the main house through an inside door. However, the main house had more than enough sleeping space for our family so it wasn't an issue at the end. We did take the blankets from the 3rd room to use. The covered patio off the kitchen was a very inviting space with comfortable patio furniture. Would totally rent again and recommend this rental.

Summary: Property was clean, great location and fun extras like the Nintendo and DVDs. The house was advertised as three bedroom—it is actually only two bedrooms as the basement area with the bed and pullout couch is one large open space—this was a bit inconvenient as we thought it was three enclosed bedrooms with doors and needed that space for privacy with small children. Otherwise it was a lovely space and we would recommend it.

Summary: The property accommodated my family and my relatives from Toronto for a Celebration of Life in Parksville. 8 seemed the maximum number to sleep comfortably. We hosted an evening of 12 and it was quite nice with the deck and kitchen areas. Everything was clean and very nice.

Summary: This is a very nice place to stay. It had all we need from 3 spacious rooms with each nice bathrooms, renovated place, full kitchen for cooking, patio with sunroof, sofabeds, netflix, toiletries and more. Access was provided and easy to remember. Dhalia was very helpful especially with quick responses! It’s super close to park and short distance drive to Rathtrevor beach. Would definitely recommend this place if you have big family. We had 3 little kids, 3 teens and 6 adults and everyone enjoyed their stay :)

Summary: The property has separate spaces inside for families to have some of their own. The bed, bathroom and play space downstairs with a pull out couch as well as a separate area attached to the house but with its own entrance that also had bed, bath and pull out couch. A bonus little kitchen. We enjoyed our evenings out on the deck with plenty of seating. The neighborhood very friendly
