Summary: Everything was clean and in order. The only thing was the grass was not cut and very high which surprised us since we know the owner and how she takes care of her property. Other than that it was excellent as always.

Summary: Very nice and spacious yard with water on 2 sides of property with a great private pier, making fishing easy without leaving the property. I caught a 4lb bass and my son caught a 6 lb bass from the bank! The house has been updated some since the pictures were taken and was nicer than I expected. The view was beautiful from the home and it fit our needs perfectly. When I had questions I was answered very quickly. We enjoyed our 3 night stay very much.

Summary: The location is really nice and peaceful. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. We caught a lot of bream over the 4 days we were there. Teens were a little disappointed over the pier ladder being broke(we didn't know about it being broke before we got there) and they couldn't swim off the pier. House was nice and clean. Bedrooms were a tad bit warm but we had a couple fans to help that out. Overall it was nice.
